Who we are
The ILIYARD app is provided by ILIYARD Business Center, 39a Ilia Chavchavadze Ave., Tbilisi 0179, Georgia. We are responsible for the information described here. You can reach us at info@iliyard.com or +995 510 100 100.
The short version
There is no analytics, no advertising, no tracking and no third-party code in this app. What we hold depends on how you use it:

• As a guest — browsing the building, its floors and its services — nothing at all leaves your iPhone.

• As an enrolled resident, your phone communicates with ILIYARD's own server, which is a machine inside the building operated by us, so that it can open parking barriers and keep a building access log. Nothing is sent to any cloud service or any third party.

What the app stores on your iPhone

• Your name, if you choose to enter one

• Vehicle number plates you register

• Bookings you make, and their reference numbers

• Parking sessions — when you entered and left the car park

• A log of recent parking-gate openings

This is written to a single file inside the app's own storage, protected by iOS file encryption while your device is locked.
Your building access key is stored separately, in the iPhone's Keychain, so it is excluded from device backups and cannot be read while the phone is locked.
What our server holds, for enrolled residents only

• Your name and company, as provided by building management when your access is issued

• A token identifying your phone

• Your registered vehicle number plates

• A record of each gate opening: which gate, when, and which vehicle

• Bookings you make, so the front desk can see them

We hold the access record because this is a physical security system for a building — the same reason a turnstile or an intercom keeps records. It is used only to operate and secure the building. It is never used for marketing, never used to build a profile of you, and never shared.
Location
If you allow it, the app reads your location only while the app is open, and only to:

• confirm you are at the building before opening a parking gate, and

• offer walking or driving directions to ILIYARD.

Your location is never written to disk, never logged and never transmitted. You can refuse location access and still use every feature, including gate control, and you can switch the proximity requirement off entirely in Settings → Parking.
What we never do

• We do not collect analytics or usage statistics.

• We do not track you across other apps or websites.

• We do not use advertising identifiers, and we show no advertising.

• We do not sell, rent or share your information with anyone.

• We do not include any third-party software libraries in the app.

• We do not send your data to any cloud service.

How long we keep it

• Gate access records: 12 months, then deleted.

• Bookings: 12 months after the booking date.

• Your tenant record and phone registration: for as long as your access is active. When building management withdraws your access, your phone stops working immediately and the record is removed within 30 days.

• Anything stored on your iPhone: until you delete it, or delete the app.

Your choices and your rights
Deleting what is on your phone. Open Settings → Delete all my data in the app. This immediately and permanently removes your name, vehicles, bookings, parking sessions and gate history from the device, and unenrols your phone from our server so it can no longer open any barrier. Deleting the app also removes everything held on the device.
Deleting what is on our server. Email info@iliyard.com and we will remove your tenant record and access history, other than any records we are required to retain for building safety or by law.
You may also ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or object to how we use it. Write to info@iliyard.com and we will respond within 30 days.
Security
Access keys are stored on our server in hashed form, so a copy of our database is not a set of working building keys. The server is not reachable from the public internet except through an encrypted connection, and administration of tenant records is possible only from inside the building.
Children
The app is intended for tenants, staff and visitors of the ILIYARD business centre. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly hold information about anyone under 16. If you believe we do, contact us and we will remove it.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this address with a new date at the top. If the change is significant, we will tell residents through the app or by email.
